—HIRG Askhad Usufovich
Askhad Usufovich Chirg has been the director of the Institute since July 2000. He has a Candidate's degree in history and is an academician of the Adyg International Academy of Sciences and a member of the presidium of this Academy.
He is the author of a number of monographs and articles about the history of North Caucasian peoples in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
Chirg is a member of the editorial board of the journal "Tarikh" (Makhachkala), the editor - in - chief of the informational - analytical bulletin of the historical section of the Institute and the author of two secondary school textbooks on the history of Adygeia.
MAMII Ruslan Galimovich
Deputy Director for Scholarship
Mamii is a Doctor of Philology, a professor, an academician of the Adyg International Academy of Sciences, and a distinguished scholar of Adygeia.
He was one of the authors of the academic publication "The Soviet Multinational Novel" (Moscow, 1985). He is the author of a number of articles about Adygei literature (he has 60 scholarly publications).
KHUNAGOV Adam Saferbievich
He has a candidate's degree in history. He has worked in the Institute since 1993, and as its scholarly secretary since 1997. He is a member of the editorial board of the international - analytical bulletin of the historical section of the Institute.
KHAPACHAEV Amin Usufovich
Deputy Director for Administrative Matters
He has held various positions in the Institute.
